Now look at your total score.

40-50 You procrastinate on most of your responsibilities. Many things are late or not done at all due to procrastination. Life often feels overwhelming. You spend much time in zoning out pursuits instead of pursuing your dreams. You need a plan to take care of some of your procrastination. You would greatly benefit from the Procrastination E-course.

30-39 You procrastinate much more than you would like. Things get done at the last minute and you are always in a rush. You are unsure of where your time goes. Your important priorities always seem to be pushed back due to urgent problems. Take a look at your schedule and narrow your responsibilities down. Know what needs to be done well and what isn't as important.

20-29 Your procrastination hinders your productivity. You don't give yourself enough time to do quality work so you have an excuse if it is not done perfectly. You are able to get something done. See what works in that area of your life and find clues to what you can do in an area you procrastinate on.

10-19 You only procrastinate on a few things that you really dislike or are afraid to do. Notice your feelings right before you procrastinate. Listen to your self-talk. Are you thinking negatively or positive and powerful?

0-9 You take action as soon as possible. You are very motivated. You don't like old to do's hanging around. Sometimes you don't take enough time to relax because you don't want to lose your productivity. Congratulate yourself for getting things done and take a break this weekend.
