"You have taught me to believe in myself and to take things slowly, one step at a time, keep sight of my goals, both short term and long term.

Your coaching style was both nuturing and motivating, you seemed to intuitively know some days what I needed most. Your caring and understanding was so appreciated and it came from the heart."

-Holly C.

I would recommend the Simplicity Course as an easy, practical way to start simplifying one's life. I especially liked the segments on Tolerations, Wardrobe, and Office and Paperwork.

Each day focuses on only one task, which is helpful to people who feel overwhelmed by the complexities of modern life and hardly know where to begin downshifting.

Beth has an uncanny way of, "reading between the lines" to see a person's heart. I appreciate how genuine she is.

I have already begun implementing her suggestions, and am dumbstruck at how well they are working. I am feeling so much more secure, and feel I am finally put onto a life path that will bring me joy for many years to come."

-Sue Halpern

I feel more focused and have an objective instead of aimlessly filling up the day.

Get it Done Day

Do you have those things that just never seem to get done? Things you procrastinate on like organizing a closet, making a difficult phone call or a business report? Get It Done Day is for tackling that to do list.

When: Thursday March 2 Get It Done Day starts at 9:00am EST till 2:00pm EST. For U.S. current time zones, go to Time.gov You don't need to be here the full 4 hours.

At the top of each hour we will say what we hope to do. At a quarter after we zoom to get it done. Then at the top of the next hour we say what we have accomplished and get some pats on the back.

i.e. 10:00 "I plan to organize my DVD's. What are you working on?"
10:15 Focused working on the DVD's.
11:00 "I got all my DVD's organized. Even got my CD's done." "Great job, you worked hard!" Chit, chat. Maybe drink a glass of water. "Next 45 minutes I plan to clean out my fridge."
11:15 Focused working on fridge.

This day is free for anyone who wants to get a handle on those procrastinations. It's really helpful to have a day at least once a month, when you plan nothing, just so you can catch up on certain things.
