Tiny Change # 49: Do one thing
you have been procrastinating about
It's
been at the top of your mind all day, maybe all week, or as long
as a month. Could be even longer.
You know you it needs to get done, that your life would be better
if you got it done. But, it stands undone.
You are afraid of finishing it and having it judged. Or it seems
like such a big project. Or you just don't like to do it.
Figure out why you are procrastinating and work through it. Get
accountability with a friend to help you over the fear. Break
down your big project. Put on some music and see if you can make
it fun.
Now do it.
Afterwards, how do you feel? Has a weight been lifted? Do you
feel more energetic?
Try listing 10 more things you are procrastinating on and work
down the list. Trust me, you will feel on top of the world.
