52 Tiny Changes Archive
Change is so huge, so big, so time-consuming. It is much
easier to keep the status quo.
Does it have to be that way? How about if we change just
a little at a time? We are not remaking your whole life
at once. If you do one tiny change a week, by the end of
the year you will have a better, more vibrant life. Another
positive is with small changes, you have a much better chance
at keeping your new habits.

the way.
Tiny Change #13 Begin carrying a
bottle of water with you to get your 8 glasses a day
Much of our loss of energy, could simply
be because of dehydration. We drink so much coffee, tea
and pop that our body cries out for water.
Here are some ideas to get your water in:
- Find a water bottle you love
- Keep water in a pitcher in the fridge,
so cold water is always easy to get
- Drink water when you go out to eat -
that saves money from the overpriced beverages, too!
- If you are drinking bottled water, find
out which brand you prefer by tasting different kinds
- Drink lemon water first thing in the
morning
- Always bring your water bottle when you
exercise
- Keep track of glasses of water you drank
in a journal or PDA
- Try the new flavored waters if you don't
like the taste of plain water
